The KRP Programmable Rotary Indexer Enclosures combine our proven Class 1 laser marking enclosures with an integrated high-precision programmable rotary axis module for automated 360° marking of parts.
Direct communication with Keyence laser controllers (MD-X, MD-U and MD-F automatically coordinates indexing and marking programs at each position.

Indexer Options

Select the base mount indexer for complete internal operation inside the enclosure, or choose the panel mount indexer to accommodate extra-long parts passing through from the side of the enclosure.
Both indexer systems integrate directly with Keyence controllers and are compatible with either enclosure model.

Programmable Control System

The KRP enclosure’s integrated control system provides comprehensive indexing and laser marking program control directly through the enclosure’s HMI operator interface.

The control system includes a range of operation modes, covering everything from manual indexing to complex marking cycles involving multiple laser marking programs.

Variable speed control (RPM of Deg/Sec) for unbroken 360° circumferential marks.
Manual / Jog
Move to an individual position, jog the indexer, and manually trigger the laser marking program.

Equipment Cart

This cart is specifically designed to hold our Laser Marking Enclosures, as well as the Keyence MD-X, MD-U or MD-F Laser Marker Controller.  It provides a compact, mobile solution for your entire laser marking system.

We recommend utilizing The Fumex FA1-Mini Fume Extractor if your laser marking application requires ventilation and air filtration.  Our cart includes a designated location and mounting provisions for this unit, however an alternative fume extractor may be used in this space.

The cart ships fully assembled, and hardware is included to mount our laser marking enclosure, Keyene controller and Fumex fume extractor.
