The KME-CP Laser Marking Enclosure is designed for safe and efficient marking of cables and other long cylindrical or non-cylindrical parts that do not fit in our standard sized enclosure.

Interchangeable Pass-Through Plates, each featuring a different adjustable brush seal configuration, allow this enclosure to work with a variety of part shapes and sizes.

Compatible with Keyence MD-X, MD-U, and MD-F laser markers, the enclosure includes one Pass-Through Plate set, with additional sets available as add-ons.

This enclosure is the perfect solution for both inline and standalone marking operations, offering flexibility for countless different production setups.

Interchangeable Pass-Through Plates can be quickly swapped on and off the enclosure using four hand knobs, with each plate featuring a different size brush seal to accommodate various part sizes.

Multiple Pass-Through Plate sets can be ordered to expand the range of part sizes that can be marked using the same enclosure.

Pass-Through Plates

Each set of Pass-Through Plates includes two plates, one for each side of the enclosure.
Plates are interchangeable and can be installed or removed using the 4 hand knobs.
Every set features a unique brush seal size to accommodate various part shapes and sizes.
Hand knobs enable vertical brush seal adjustment to align parts with the laser's focal zone.
All Pass-Through Plates support 168mm & 189mm laser marker working distances.
