Custom Enclosure Examples
Single-Side Passthrough Enclosure
This custom laser enclosure was designed specifically for use in an automated robotic work cell.
Based on our standard passthrough model, it features a brush-sealed passthrough feature on only one side of the enclosure, and a viewing window on the opposite side.
Walk-In Enclosure
This custom enclosure was designed as a large walk-in unit to accommodate oversized parts that are loaded in and out on carts.
It features a set of double doors for convenient access and an extra-large laser-safe viewing window for clear visibility during operation.
Inside the enclosure, the laser marker is mounted to a gantry system to allow flexible positioning over large components.
Long Part Side Load Enclosure
This custom side load enclosure was designed to support safe and space efficient marking of long parts.
The enclosure features a brush-sealed side opening that allows parts to pass through while containing light during laser operation.
A secondary custom cart includes a light-guarded fixture with a hinged, interlocked lid that aligns two long aluminum parts and overlaps a protective shroud on the enclosure opening.
Inside the enclosure, adjustable stopper limit switches illuminate individual green indicator lights when each part is properly positioned for marking.
Manual Double-Door Enclosure
This custom enclosure features manually operated doors on opposite sides, adding a second point of access.
Based on our standard enclosure design, it was modified to support workflows that require part loading and unloading from either side.
