Continuous Motion Assembly Machine

This machine assembles a plastic cap and base using a high-speed continuous motion process.  Two vibratory bowl feeders and a set of conveyors feed the parts into a rotary dial where a spring-loaded roller presses the two parts together.

Each part is inspected with a distance-measuring sensor and bad parts are removed with a vacuum ejector.
