Centerless Grinding Machine

This is an automated machine for grinding the OD of steel discs (thread dies) with an abrasive belt grinder using the centerless grinding process.

The machine utilizes a two-level step feeder, chicane conveyor, electric linear actuators, a custom designed regulating wheel and a belt grinder.

Various sized parts can be run through the machine with minimal changeover required on the chicane conveyor, regulating wheel and other tooling.
