| We design and build custom electrical testing equipment. Some of our equipment is used by Hubbell to test continuity, hi pot, phase angle, as well as force, and the presence of hidden parts. Cycle testing can be incorporated into electrical testing of card readers and lock actuation as was done for Sargent Company (Assa Abloy). Inspection equipment is designed for surgical instrument manufactures, such as Covidien (U.S. Surgical) to test part orientation, force test, and tolerance. |

Our customer, a leading manufacturer of electrical switches, wanted to test several styles of switches for: continuity, hi pot, lever force, the presence of internal springs, mark the good part, and print a label. We incorporated all of these tests into one piece of equipment. |
